We replaced our old DVD/VHS machine with a Blueray/DVD player & a HDD Recorder. One remote went, 2 replaced it. On the weekend I bought an Ipod dock/CD player/Radio unit. Yep another remote. Only one I really want is a fridge remote so it will bring me food without having to walk to the kitchen. Oh sorry I forgot, that's what wives are for... |

The joke is that a tv used to have buttons on it. And still does. But the many kids only use the remote and are not even aware of that it is possible to turn on a tv (or change the channels) without a remote. |
